Remember when Arya unveiled his workout video ahead of the shoot of Pa Ranjith’s Sarpatta Parambarai? It created huge expectations for the film. Though the film missed out on a theatrical release, it emerged victorious on Amazon Prime Video. Now, Arya is back with another such workout video ahead of filming for his movie “Mr. X,” and his fans hope it will turn out to be another feather in his cap like Sarpatta Parambarai.

For “Sarpatta Parambarai,” Arya was beefed up for the first half of the film. Later, in the second half, he underwent another physical transformation and got shredded. For “Mr. X,” he looks extremely ‘cut.’ In the video clip, he is seen working his biceps on a cable crossover machine, all the while flaunting his abs.

Sharing the video, he wrote, “Ready to shoot the Introduction for Mr. X. Let’s roll it, brother (sic).”

Meanwhile, director Manu Anand, in his interview with a daily, said that Arya is on an extremely strict diet for the film and even limits his water consumption to look the part. The director was stunned by the dedication that the actor has put in for the film. He claimed to be a blessed director for having a determined team that also includes Manju Warrier in an important role. The Malayalam star has also performed many stunts in the film.

Other than Arya and Manju, the film also stars Sarathkumar, Gautham Karthi, Athulya, and Raiza Wilson in important roles. Sixty percent of the shoot is already over, and the film will be released in the second half of 2024.
