Warrior remake in pre-production

The pre-production work for the remake of 2011 American sports film Warrior has begun. Interestingly, Dharma Productions will be co-producing the film with Endemol India. The Dharma office is currently buzzing with plans for the shooting schedule of the film. The film stars Akshay Kumar and Sidharth Malhotra in the lead role, who will be seen playing brothers in the film. Reportedly, the makers are currently hunting for a female actor who can essay the role of Kumar’s wife. The script of the film will be tweaked to suit the Indian audience.
