Sidharth Malhotra, who is prepping for Karan Malhotra’s Hindi remake of Warriors, has bagged another prestigious film. The Student of The Year actor will play the lead in a film produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment and Karan Johar. The film will be directed by debutante Nitya Mehra. A first venture between the two production houses, the film is likely to roll next year. This news was confirmed by Sidhwani.
Reportedly, this is the same film that Aamir Khan was supposed to do and one which had Deepika Padukone as the leading lady.
