Yudh stars Aahana Kumra and Pavail Gulati have played siblings throughout their acting career so far

Endemol Productions’ Yudh has created enough buzz already because of superstar Amitabh Bachchan’s presence. However, there are some other interesting aspects to the show. Young actors; Pavail Gulati and Aahana Kumra, the onscreen son and daughter of Bachchan, who portray the characters of Rishi and Taruni respectively, have played siblings to each other since the beginning of their acting careers.
During their early days of learning acting, at Whistling Woods International, the duo ended up playing brother and sister. Co-incidentally, they have again landed up as siblings. “I don’t know how it happens, but somehow we both always land up together,” says Pavail, who came to Mumbai eight years ago from Delhi.
“Aahana was the first friend that I made in Mumbai and we have been cast as siblings in almost all our projects from stage productions and short films to an unreleased feature film with Naseeruddin Shah,” shares Pavail, calling it as one of the most interesting co-incidents.
