Singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan has been signed by Universal Music India for the release of his long-awaited album, Back 2 Love.
The album is a collection of 10 soulful melodies, which includes collaborations with a host of Indian musicians and singers like Salim-Sulaiman, Shreya Ghoshal among others.
Actors Gauhar Khan and Kushal Tandon feature in the music video of the lead track, Zaroori tha, a romantic number that will be released closer to the album’s launch. The album, which happens to be his fourth after a gap of seven years, will be released globally in both physical and digital formats on June 9.
Back 2 Love was recently launched for pre-order on several e-commerce portals in India.
