Sophia College, known as an ideal location for several Hindi and ad films, for the first time was the venue of shooting for a Marathi film. One of the expensive locations to shoot, Sophia College witnessed 12 days of shoot with the team of director Aditya Sarpotdar’s Classmates. The entire team comprising Ankush Chaudhary, Sai Tamhankar, Sonalee Kulkarni, Sushant Shelar and Sachit Patil participated in the spell.
As the location is an educational hub, Aditya and producer Suresh Pai decided to respect and grace the place. Thus during the shoot nobody was allowed to smoke even inside the vanity vans. This is the first time something like this has happened on a film set.
