Suriya’s S3 climax being shot in Talakona forest

Dhoni met Suriya’s kids and confessed he’s a great fan of their father. S3, the third part in the Singam franchise, is slated for worldwide theatrical release on December 16.

Directed by Hari, the film also stars Shruti Haasan and Anushka Shetty. Anoop Thakur Singh is being introduced as the antagonist.

Meanwhile, the title of actor Suriya’s upcoming movie was revealed on Wednesday and it has created quite a buzz on Twitter. We can understand all the excitement surrounding the new title because the title is taken from one of superstar Rajinikanth’s famous dialogues. Thaanaa Serndha Koottam is the name of Suriya’s 35th film and is also a punch line delivered by Rajinikanth in his all time super hit film, Baasha.

According to reports, Suriya was mighty impressed with Vignesh Shivan’s script and choose the latter to direct him over many other filmmakers.

Vignesh is just one film old. However, the success of his debut movie Naanum Rowdydhaan, a dark comedy, immediately made him one of the bankable directors in Kollywood. Coming back to Thaanaa Serndha Koottam, the film will have music from Anirudh Ravichander, who had also worked with Vignesh in his debut movie.
