Kichcha Sudeep announces exit from Bigg Boss Kannada: ‘Let’s make this season the best’
After 11 years of hosting Bigg Boss Kannada, actor Kichcha Sudeep has decided to step away from hosting duties.

After Salman Khan became the first host of Big Brother’s Indian version, Bigg Boss, it was his Dabbang 3 co-star Kichcha Sudeep who took up the duties in the Kannada version of the reality show, which started in 2013.
Over the years, Sudeep has gained a wonderful reputation of being a dynamic host of the popular series over 10 seasons, and a streaming edition. However, the actor has announced that he is set to step away from hosting duties after the present and eleventh season. He wrote, “Thank you all for the great response shown towards #BBK11. The TVR (number) speaks in volumes about the love you all have shown towards the show and me. It’s been a great 10+1 years of travel together, and it’s time for me to move on with what I need to do. This will be my last season as a host for BBK, and I truly believe that my decision will be respected by Colors and all those who have followed BB all these years.”

This news came as a shock to many who shared that the reality show would not be the same without Sudeep’s strong presence. The actor, who was last seen in Vikrant Rona, is currently working on multiple projects, including Max. Talking about his decision, Sudeep said, “Let’s make this season the best, and I, too, shall entertain you all to my best. Thank you all for this.”
Apart from Max, which is directed by Vijay Karthikeyan and backed by Kalaipuli S Thanu, Sudeep is reuniting with director Anup Bhandari for Billa Ranga Baasha, and will be part of projects, produced by Sathya Jyothi Films (Kichcha 47) and KRG Studios (Kichcha 48).
