Rajinikanth fine after minor fall while shooting 2.o

Actor Rajinikanth is fine after a minor fall during the shooting of his upcoming movie 2.o, the sequel to Enthiran. The Tamil icon was hospitalised for a while but released soon after. He has rejoined the shooting. Rajinikanth’s spokesperson Riaz Ahmed tweeted that the superstar was fine. The science fiction movie is being filmed by Lyca Productions.

Scheduled to be released next year, 2.o is being shot at a massive scale and also stars Akshay Kumar. The movie has music by A R Rahman.

Following the success of Kabali there is a lot of hope being pinned on this new movie by Rajinikanth. Kabali broke a bad spell for the actor who commands huge premium at the box office in South India.
