Lady Gaga’s former friend Perez Hilton believes he fell out with the singer because the limelight changed her.

The gossip blogger, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira Jr, and Gaga were filming a cooking demonstration in Sydney, Australia when they fell out, reported Contactmusic.

“Actually, all the drama went down in Australia in the summer of 2011 when gaga became a surprisingly functioning drunk woman”, said Hilton.

Gaga, 28, became upset over a question about her song ‘Judas’ and another question about her boyfriend in an interview with Hiltom, 36.

“She stormed off the set and stopped the interview”, Hilton said.

“I think it was fame that just poisoned her”, he added.
