BTS’ V to promote debut album Layover on variety show Running Man

BTS’ V, as known as Kim Taehyung, is currently immersed in the promotions for his highly anticipated debut solo album, Layover. Exciting news has surfaced that the pop sensation will be making a guest appearance on the renowned South Korean variety show, Running Man, to promote his solo album. According to reports from Soompi, V has recently concluded filming an episode for the show, which is scheduled to be broadcasted on September 10.

A source within the Running Man production confirmed this development to Soompi, stating, “V’s filming for the episode wrapped up just yesterday (August 28). Fans can anticipate the airing of the episode next month on September 10.”

The official Instagram account of Running Man has also teased fans by posting an image of V’s name tag, a significant element used during the cast’s engaging game sessions on the show.

V’s highly anticipated solo album, Layover, is set to release on September 8. A mere two days following the album’s launch, fans will be treated to V’s appearance on Running Man. This isn’t V’s maiden encounter with the show. In 2016, he, alongside his fellow BTS members RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, and Jungkook, graced the show’s 300th episode with their presence.

Earlier, V revealed a teaser of his album’s third track, “Blue.” In this teaser, V exuded an intense aura that left fans captivated. Before “Blue,” V had treated fans to music videos of two other tracks, titled “Rainy Days” and “Love Me Again.”
