Get Set Baby trailer: After leaving audiences stunned with his portrayal of a hypermasculine killing machine in Marco (2024), actor Unni Mukundan is set to return in a lighthearted entertainer filled with humour and drama. Directed by Vinay Govind, Get Set Baby stars Nikhila Vimal as the female lead opposite Unni.

The 126-second trailer, unveiled on Sunday, offers a glimpse into the film’s world and it opens with Arjun (Unni) stating, “Children are blessings from God.” The promo then shifts to his college days, where he is the only male student in an MS Obstetrics and Gynaecology (OB/GYN) class. The trailer soon cuts to his career as a gynaecologist, working at a hospital surrounded by cheerful expectant mothers. It also reveals that Arjun has several female friends with whom he shares a deep rapport.

However, when Nikhila’s character first meets him, she isn’t impressed by his character and bluntly remarks, “Let the world see egocentric, male chauvinistic men like you for who you are.” Despite her initial dislike, her perception of Arjun gradually changes, leading to a romantic relationship between the two of them. But their lives are far from smooth, as they navigate several challenges that form the crux of Get Set Baby’s narrative.
