Bromance trailer: What does one do when a case that starts with their brother going missing quickly drags them into a tangled mess of troubles, with no easy way out? Well, that’s exactly where Binto (Mathew Thomas) finds himself. Not only has his brother Shinto (Shyam Mohan) gone missing, but he vanished leaving behind a trail of problems, sending the lives of everyone around him on a rollercoaster ride. This sets the stage for director Arun D Jose’s upcoming film Bromance which, the trailer suggests, will be a wild comedy of chaos.

The 147-second trailer begins with Binto arriving in Kochi after Shinto’s disappearance and gradually uncovering new details about his brother, including that Shinto had a girlfriend, Aishwarya (Mahima Nambiar). With help from Shinto’s friend Shabeer (Arjun Ashokan), Binto embarks on a mission to get to the bottom of things, while pulling Aishwarya too into the mess. But once they enter the ground, things start spiralling out of control quickly, drawing more people into the case — including some you definitely wouldn’t want to mess with.

The trio soon brings on board ethical hacker Hariharasudhan (Sangeeth Prathap) as well, pushing the investigation forward. Meanwhile, he leads them to the doorstep of Courier Babu (Kalabhavan Shajohn), suggesting that he may be connected to Shinto’s disappearance. The situation takes another chaotic turn when the notorious Kodava gang, led by a character played by Bharath Bopanna, and a cop played by Binu Pappu enter the scene.

Interestingly, the trailer is divided into several chapters: The Missing Bro, The Ex-Girlfriend, The Hacker, Courier Goon and Kodava Gang. With its ending evoking memories of director Priyadarshan’s classic screwball comedy Vettam (2004), Bromance promises to deliver non-stop entertainment.
