Thor: Ragnarok is crushing the box office with its marvelous run. The Taika Waititi film has been hailed as the funniest Marvel film yet. While Thor: Ragnarok is earning millions across the world, the film has been doing great at the Indian box office as well. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted Thor: Ragnarok's box office collection for its first week and the numbers are quite impressive for a Hollywood film. The film earned Rs 40.37 cr in its first week. During the first three days, Thor: Ragnarok earned Rs 7.77 cr, Rs 9.43 cr and Rs 10.46 cr, respectively. The numbers started dropping during the weekdays but the overall collection for the week can be termed as a winner. Thor: Ragnarok clashed with Sonakshi Sinha-Sidharth Malhotra starrer Ittefaq and the Kalki Koechlin-Summet Vyas starrer Ribbon. In its second week, Thor: Ragnarok will witness some stiff competition from the Irrfan-Parvathy starrer Qarib Qarib Singlle which has opened to rave reviews. Along with this, Rajkummar Rao-starrer Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana has also released today.
