Millie Bobby Brown rose to fame through her role as Eleven in the Netflix drama Stranger Things. Meanwhile, her husband Jake Bongiovi is a model and the son of musician Jon Bon Jovi. After their engagement in 2023, the couple tied the knot in October last year.

Millie has previously spoken about her desire to become a parent. On the SamrtLess Podcast, hosted by Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Willi Arnett, the actor said, “Jake knows how important it is to me [to have a child]. Of course, I want to focus on really establishing myself as an actor and as a producer, but I also find it’s so important to start a family, for me, personally.”

She added, “I am still really young. But my mom actually had her first child at 21, and my dad was 19.” Expressing her desire to have a big family, Millie shared, “I am one of four, he is one of four, so it is in our future.”

During the conversation, Millie Bobby Brown also hinted at the possibility of adoption. The Stranger Things star shared, “For me, my home is full of love for anyone and anything. So that’s kind of where we are at. We are wanting to start a family, and it doesn’t matter in what way or when, but it will happen for sure. This has been my thing since before I met Jake… I wanted to be a mum just like the way my mum was to me.”
