British actress Emily Blunt suffered sleepless nights after filming a harrowing scene for her new movie “The Girl On The Train”.
The “Edge of Tomorrow” star plays a divorced alcoholic who spies on a couple she spots on her commute in the upcoming adaptation of Paula Hawkins’ best-selling novel.
Blunt, 32, has been filming the thriller in New York, and aid she struggled to sleep after shooting a particularly dramatic fight scene.
“I went home and I couldn’t sleep for two or three days in a row and it was odd. I’ve never had that experience as an actor before. I’ve usually managed to have a pretty good detachment from work.”
The actress said she looks terrible in the film, and her appearance scares her 22-month-old daughter Hazel.
