Dating is weird type of torture: Jennie Garth

‘90210’ star Jennie Garth feels that dating is a fun and awful experience at the same time.

The 41-year-old actress,who separated from her husband Peter Facinelli last year,is currently dating Michael Shimbo,reported E! online.

“It is fun,and it is awful all at the same time. It is like a weird type of torture. But it can be fun. It is super challenging… I expected to come out of divorce and just be great at it (dating),” Garth said.

“I am smart and I thought I could do it. How hard could it be?But I’ve realised that I have to fumble my way and create the space to really be open to learning because I don’t know how to do it,” she added.

Garth is the executive producer and star of ABC’s ‘Mystery Girls’ along with her ‘90210’ costar Tori Spelling.
