Thurman doesn’t want to be typecast as action star

Uma is worried about taking on a new action role as she fears it would pale infront of her role in 'Kill Bill'.

Hollywood star Uma Thurman is worried about taking on a new action role because she fears any future part would be “paled by comparison” to her cult classic ‘Kill Bill’ role.

The 39-year-old actress who starred as a revenge-seeking bride in the cult two-part martial arts movie refuses to be typecast by appearing in further fight films,Contactmusic reported.

“I haven’t chosen any other action films since Kill Bill because I felt that everything else just sort of paled by comparison. I don’t like to get lulled into some hole that I can’t get out of,” Thurman said.
