Telly bahu Sakshi Tanwar aka Priya Kapoor to play sex worker

Television actress Sakshi Tanwar,who is presently seen as Priya Kapoor in the television series Bade Achche Lagte Hai,has been signed by director Ankush Bhatt to play a commercial sex worker in his forthcoming project,tentatively titled Kamathipura. The film is slated to take off in October this year. Bhatt,who has earlier directed Bhindi Bazaar Inc. and Mumbai Mirror,is also co-producing the film. “Sakshi is only one of the actresses in the film. There are several others who are playing similar roles. The film does not deal with the professional life of the women,but what they do during the day,their emotional turmoils and what keeps them going in the business,” said Bhatt,adding that a formal announcement about the entire cast and film will be made in September.
