American actress Tara Reid is all set to walk down the aisle with her boyfriend,German billionaire Michael Axtmann. Reid was having dinner with her beau at 'The Little Door' restaurant here on Monday night when Axtmann asked for something not on the menu,her hand in marriage,People magazine reported. "Michael surprised Tara with a beautiful round brilliant cut ring,Tara was so happy,and the other patrons clapped and yelled out,'Congratulations'," the 34-year-oldactress's representative said. The 'American Pie' star and Axtmann,an Internet entrepreneur,began dating last year. The lovers are planning a small wedding for family and friends by this summer. Axtmann had recently admitted of his strong commitment towards their relationship. "It's getting pretty serious between Tara and me. I feel she's the right one," he had said in an earlier interview.
