‘Smoking-free life helped me maintain youthful looks’

“It’s combination of a lot of things. I don’t smoke,I don’t take too much sun on my face – all of those things. If you keep doing them enough over the years,they add up.

“It’s not that I work out every day and I’m not ever on a diet – I just eat healthy. I’m never off the wagon,so I never have to get back on the wagon. I think it’s about maintaining a healthy body weight,” Crawford said.

Known or her trademark mole just above her lip,she admits of being happy with her career and lives a good life,which helps her look good.

“If you’re happy and you’re doing work that you enjoy – for me it’s about being a mother – that comes out in how I look,” Crawford said.
