Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty may have announced her engagement to boyfriend Raj Kundra after sporting a whopping rock on her finger but she is no hurry to tie the nuptial knot.

Asked whether she will be getting married this year,the actress and former Big Brother winner told ‘the london paper’ they would be getting married,”but definitely not in 2009″.

About the huge heart-shaped ring,33-year-old Shilpa said,Raj gifted the beautiful ring on Valentine Day this year.

“Shilpa did’nt expect it at all. He went and choose this amazing looking ring on his own and surprised her by presenting it to her on Valentines Day. Isnt that utterly romantic,” a friend of Shilpa said.

Earlier when Shilpa was asked about her marriage plans she giggled excitedly,”Raj is so exceptionally sweet. Ya we will tie the knot but not before the end of this year.”

Shilpa and 31-year-old Raj Kundra became close to each other after her success in the UK-based reality show Big Brother.
