“If you don’t have kids and animals, you don’t truly know what real life is about,” Bullock said.

The 45-year-old actress insisted that at one point of time even marriage seemed a distant dream for her,but now she’s content of her decision to walk down the aisle with James.

“I was good at bolting before. I didn’t want to do the work. Now I work at what I love. If I didn’t love him (James),I wouldn’t be putting in the effort. I approach things differently now that I’m married. I would never do anything that would harm his heart,” Bullock said.
