Postpone ‘Anjaana Anjaani’s release,say Ranbir,Priyanka as it clashes with Ayodhya verdict

Priyanka too echoed similar views.

“It is a big day for all of us. Even I think the film should not be released on September 24 when such a big decision is going to be announced,” Priyanka said.

The verdict on the Ramjanmabhoomi-Babri Masjid land dispute would be announced on September 24,the same day when the movie will be released.

“With security being deployed in many places it will be practical to postpone the film’s release by a week or so as some may not be able to go watch it,” he said.

“It is not in my hands but we are in talks with the producer. There are too many people involved in the release of a film and it may be difficult to push the release as bookings are already made,” he said.
