‘Players’ to release on December 9

The Abbas Mustaan film was earlier slated for Christmas release but the makers have preponed release date.

Neil Nitin Mukesh starrer ‘Players’,a remake of the 1969 American film ‘The Italian Job’,is all set to hit theatres on December 9.

Neil,29,who was last seen in ‘7 Khoon Maaf’ took to his twitter account to talk about the release.

“ ‘Players’ is releasing on the 9th of December. Its an Abbas Mustaan film. And is the official remake of the ‘Italian Job’,” he posted.

Apart from Neil,the action-thriller stars Abhishek Bachchan,Bipasha Basu,Bobby Deol,Sonam Kapoor,Omi Vaidya and Sikander Kher.

The film has been shot in New Zealand,Russia and India.

‘Italian Job’,starring Donald Sutherland,Mark Wahlberg,Edward Norton and Charlize Theron,is about a bunch of robbers,who plan to pull off the heist of their lives by creating Los Angeles’ largest ever traffic jam.
