Paris in Mumbai

After months of speculation about her visit,it’s finally been confirmed — Paris Hilton will be coming to India this month. The society swan will be in Mumbai in the last week of September to launch her line of handbags and accessories. The Hilton heiress,who has dabbled in several professions — from acting to singing,has also been active on the fashion front. She started out with a collection of purses and later branched out into jewellery and footwear designing. She was even invloved in the creation of a perfume line. This will be her first visit to the country. And while it’s being said that Hilton is quite eager to interact with her fans,sources say it will be a short trip. Brand Concepts,an accessories licensing fashion brand that is bringing down Paris to India,confirmed the news. Abhinav Kumar,CEO of Brand Concepts,said,“We are proud to bring Paris Hilton to India. We did an extensive research on popular fashion accessories abroad and we were delighted to find that Paris Hilton’s collection had the maximum brand recall. This is her first trip to the Indian subcontinent and we are confident that she will enjoy her stay in the country.”
