Natalie puts career on hold for baby

The 'Black Swan' actress,who is an Oscar favourite,has decided to take time off for her baby.

She is tipped to get a Oscar nod for her film ‘Black Swan’ but pregnant Natalie Portman is set to put her acting career on hold after her baby is born.

The 29-year-old,who won best actress at the Golden Globes for her role in the movie,has pulled out of the film adaptation of novel ‘Cloud Atlas’,reported Daily Mail online. “Natalie has made eight films in three years and will take a well-earned rest after her baby is born in the summer,” says a source close to the actress

“She is looking forward to taking a break from the spotlight and concentrating on her family,” said the source.

Portman stunned Hollywood last month when she announced that she was engaged to Black Swan choreographer Benjamin Millepied and was carrying his baby.

She met the 33-year-old when he choreographed her intensive ballet training for the movie.
