MJ not yet buried,claims father

Joe Jackson,michael jackson's father,has come out claiming that his son has not yet been buried and any report claiming otherwise is false.

The Michael Jackson circus has not yet left town. After reports that the ‘King of Pop has finally been laid to rest,his father Joe Jackson has come out claiming that his son has not yet been buried and any report claiming otherwise is false.

Joe Jackson said that the ‘Thriller’ hitmaker is “not yet buried”,adding,”I still can’t believe he’s gone,” reported E!Online.

Despite the denial,the patriarch declined to reveal any details about when and where the pop icon will be buried. He also refused to comment on speculation that Michael’s remains have been placed in Motown legend Berry Gordy’s crypt.

But Joe said that he plans to build a shrine to the pop star along the lines of Neverland Ranch in Las Vegas,where Jackson lived for several years.

“I think Vegas would be great,” he said adding,”The fans would come.”

Earlier reports had qouted sources close to the family to claim that Jackson was laid to rest on August 6 at Forest Lawn Cemetery here,in an unmarked grave,without ceremony.

The reports also claimed that Joe Jackson and daughter La Toya Jackson were the only family members attending the burial.

The pop legend died on June 25 at the age of 50,after a suspected cardiac arrest and the investigation into the sudden death is still on.
