Miley auctions her wardrobe online

Miley Cyrus will auction her clothes for a charity programme for youngsters.

Teen sensation Miley Cyrus will auction her clothes online with all proceeds going to a charity programme for youngsters.

The proceeds from the eBay auction will go to Get Ur Good On,a social network aimed at connecting youth with volunteer and service opportunities,MTV news online reported.

“For me I get this amazing blessing and opportunity to do this every day and get up on stage and hopefully inspire people with my music,” Cyrus said in a video message posted on the charity’s website.

“And that’s something that’s really important to me,but so is getting involved in charities,” she added

“There’s amazing charities right here in America. You don’t have to travel 30 hours,you don’t have to give a billion dollars. It’s not about how much or how far,it’s about looking at your neighbors and seeing how you can help,” Cyrus said.

“This isn’t just stuff that’s all over the world,it’s right here,it’s right next to you. It’s important to get involved,” she said.

The auction of Cyrus’s belongings is scheduled to begin later this month.
