Peter Lopez,who once represented Michael Jackson as one of his music attorneys,has been found dead in his apartment. Paramedics responded to a report of a shooting at Lopez's home in Encino at around 11:30 AM (local time),TMZ.com reported,adding that the police is investigating the death as an apparent suicide. The 60-year-old entertainment lawyer was married to 'The Dukes of Hazzard' actress Catherine Bach. They have two children together. Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter said that a neighbour reported hearing a gunshot and someone at the home found Lopez's body. "The Lopez family has suffered a tragic personal loss," Bach's representative told TVGuide. "Catherine and the girls ask for your prayers." Lopez worked as Jackson's attorney for several years. He also represented The Eagles and Michael Buble.
