Madhuri Dixit may do an item song in Dil sequel

"I would like to have Madhuri Dixit in an item song in <i>Dil 2</i>,says Indra Kumar.

Indra Kumar,who is currently promoting his upcoming adult comedy,Grand Masti,revealed that he is scripting the sequel to his 1990-directorial,Dil.

The Aamir Khan Madhuri Dixit starrer was a superhit at that time.

Regarding the subject of the sequence,the filmmaker says: “It will be a strong love story. I am still writing the script.”

The announcement of his project on October 27 will coincide with Kumar completing 25 years in the industry.

He adds,”I started shooting for Dil on October 27,as it was my first release. Hence I want to announce my new film on that date this year.

With plans to cast fresh faces in Dil 2,Indra Kumar says: “It is more in a series format than a sequel. Therefore,I would like to cast a fresh pair in the lead.”

Will we have Aamir Khan or Madhuri Dixit doing a cameo in the film?

I would like to have Madhuri in an item song. She is evergreen,I loved her in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewaani‘s ghagra number, he says.
