Kurt Cobain’s mother Wendy O’Connor is selling the late musician’s childhood house for $ 500,000.

The house,assessed at less than $ 67,000,was listed for $ 500,000. The star’s mattress is also sold along with the 1.5-story bungalow,which is located in Aberdeen,two hours southwest of Seattle,reported Aceshowbiz.

Some pictures of the late Nirvana frontman were released to push the sale. One photo shows Cobain and his sister as children,while another photo shows him playing piano in the house. Another photo shows young Cobain playing a guitar in his messy room,while another snap shows Cobain as a child posing with his chocolate-coated birthday cake.

Cobain’s parents bought the house when he was 2. He lived there until his parents divorced when he was 9.

According to a real-estate firm which markets the house,The Agency,the house was last lived in by a family friend four years ago.

Cobain committed suicide in 1994. He was 27.
