Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun has been trying his best to play down the announcement and said instead that Justin will be having a quiet 2014,rather than actually hanging up his mic for good.

In addition to the new album and these few exclusive performances,Bieber also has a new movie out ‘Believe’.
