Juhi Chawla signs a Steven Spielberg film

Juhi Chawla has been signed for their upcoming venture 'The Hundred Foot Journey'.

After wooing fans in Bollywood,chirpy actress Juhi Chawla has now signed a Hollywood project with Oscar winning director Steven Spielberg.

Juhi Chawla has been signed for their upcoming venture ‘The Hundred Foot Journey’.

The movie will be directed by Lasse Hallstrom and produced by Steven Spielberg.

The film,which is currently being shot in Mumbai,is based on an Indian family trying to settle down in a small village in France,which owns an Indian restaurant right opposite a French one run by Madame Mallory played by Helen Mirren.

Juhi Chawla will be essaying the role of Om Puri’s wife in the movie.

‘The Hundred Foot Journey’ is based on the Richard C Morais’ novel by the same name and is co-produced by Oprah Winfrey and Juliet Blake. (With Bollywood Hungama inpits)
