John Abraham to star with five actresses in new film

I Me aur Main is an entertaining youthful film with a fresh and light touch: Lamba

Newly single John Abraham is all set to star opposite five female leads in a new slice of life film ‘I,Me aur Main’.

The 38-year-old actor,who recently split from actress Bipasha Basu,will star opposite Chitrangada Singh,Prachi Desai,Zareena Wahab and two other female leads in the Reliance Entertainment presentation.

Set against an urban backdrop,the film marks the directorial debut of Kapil Sharma,son of noted astronaut Rakesh Sharma,and will be produced by Shrishti Behl Arya and Goldie Behl.

The film is set for an early 2012 release. After working as first assistant director on several Indian and international films,Kapil is now helming this film about protagonist John and the women in his life.

“We’re happy to announce the title of the film I,Me aur Main starring John Abraham directed by a very talented Kapil Sharma and presented by Reliance Entertainment. It’s a feel good film with something for everyone,” said producer Shrishti in a statement.

Reliance Entertainment CEO Sanjeev Lamba added,“I Me aur Main is an entertaining youthful film with a fresh and light touch. We are very pleased with the way the film is shaping and are confident it will deliver to the company’s vision of producing wholesome entertainers.”
