What is the most challenging part of judging a talent?
Responsibility (is the most challenging part). We have to see that the audience sitting before us and watching the show at their homes gets convinced about our decisions.
The audience should clearly understand why a particular participant has been selected or rejected.
From being a participant of the talent show to becoming a jury member, what has been more exciting for you?
The excitement of being a contestant knows no bounds. It is limitless. As a jury, one is supposed to point out the noticeable flaws and give a right direction to the participants which would help them nurture their latent talent.
How easy or difficult it is to point out the shortcomings of the contestants?
It is painful. It is really very painful to point out the shortcomings a participant may exhibit.
What has been more successful for you, your personal life or your professional life?
I am a successful person, both personally and professionally. I am very happy soul in my personal life.
