He was in the city to present the Tarun Tahiliani Bridal Collection 2011,a larger-than-life experiential extravaganza which presents our rich heritage with the finest weaves,embroideries,jewels,stones and techniques.

Highlighting India’s rich heritage but styling it in a contemporary manner,the collection comprises couture lehengas,saris,gowns in fabrics like tulle and silk for women.

Setting up his design studio in 1990,Tahiliani’s distinctive signature has since evolved as a fusion of textile detail,refined luxury,and meticulous tailoring.
