But the 30-year-old actor brushed off the hospitalisation episode, saying that it was blown up by the media to create a scare.

“I’m fine,I had a stomach bug ,it was literally, like,a 24 hour thing. It was made into a huge deal, they wanna come up with whatever they want to come up with,” said the actor who was named one of Hollywod’s most eligible bachelors by ‘OK’ magazine recently.

Hartnett was rushed to a hospital here in the wee hours of the night, last month from celebrity hot spot Cheateau Marmont, but Hartnett joked off the incident saying that he has no plans to die in the near future.

“I’ll be around for awhile,” said the actor.
