Emraan Hashmi upsets director with Twitter reveal

“We had an entire marketing plan to release these unique visuals on the films music release so that it stands out from the usual affair. I am quite disappointed at this sudden turn of events and will have to have a serious talk with both Emraan and the Bhatt’s. I think the actors in our industry will have to get out of this me,myself and I Syndrome,” said Deshmukh.

But Hashmi has expressed surprise that the director is making a hue and cry about a “non issue.”

“I am quite surprised as to why such a fuss is being created out of such a non-issue. First of all I wasn’t aware of any such clause which barred me from revealing my look and second I don’t see the reason for anyone to make such public statements when this matter could easily be resolved behind closed doors,” said the actor.

Now the director-actor duo,who had earlier delivered a hit with ‘Jannat’ are not on talking terms and the producers had to cancel the planned music launch.

Produced by Sony Music and Vishesh Films,the movie stars Soha Ali Khan and Hashmi in lead. It is slated to release on November 13.
