Superstar Rihanna's father has expressed his anger at the "light" punishment accorded to Chris Brown who pleaded guilty to assaulting his daughter. The 20-year-old star was given a community service order and probation for assaulting Rihanna in February, while Ronald Fenty wants the singer to be put behind bars, reported Contactmusic. "He should be in jail. Chris should have been sent to jail for what he did to my girl. He's got off lightly. Chris put her through hell," said Fenty. Brown will serve six months of community service in his home state of Virginia, complete five years of probation and enroll in a domestic violence counselling programme. The 21-year-old Umbrella hitmaker was left battered and bruised following a violent row with Brown which occurred in Los Angeles on the eve of the 2009 Grammy Awards.
