R&B superstar Beyonce is seeking a court ban to prevent street vendors from selling unofficial concert merchandise during her New York concert.
The ‘Deja Vu’ singer has filed a federal lawsuit in the New York against a group she believes is behind the illegal sales of knock-off CDs and other items in “the vicinity” of venues on her worldwide ‘I Am… concert,TMZ.com reported.
The singer is desperate to block the practice from happening again when she hits the stage at Madison Square Garden on Sunday and Monday night and is asking a judge to forbid the street hawkers from peddling fake goods anywhere near the building.
