Anil Kapoor’s daughter to make Saat Hindustani

On her part,Rhea is terribly excited about the project,which she refers to as her baby.

“I have been working on it for several months now,but we had kept it under wraps as it’s a small project.

The concept is by Mehul Suri (he co-wrote Teen Thay Bhai) and friend Nidhi Mehra,and is based on their real life experiences.

As for the cast,we discovered some amazing new talents to play the seven youngsters after auditioning about 700 actors,mainly from Delhi.

Presenting new talent is a very exciting process for me,” said Kapoor’s younger daughter who made her debut as producer with the Sonam Kapoor-Abhay Deol starrer Aisha in 2010.

Saat Hindustani will be directed by debutant Karan Boolani,who was an associate on Aisha as well as Wake Up Sid.

He also directed the song Sham in Aisha.

Much as he may deny it,according to Rhea,her famous father is always involved with their projects.

“Dad’s very modest,but he is involved in everything that his children do,and also,the film is being made under his banner Anil Kapoor Productions.”

Saat Hindustani will take off in another two or three months and will be shot abroad.
