Zayn Malik lists Sonu Nigam’s ‘Abhi Mujh Mein Kahi’ from Agneepath as his favourite Hindi song; teases he might sing it on tour: ‘I’d do no justice to it’

The song was part of the Karan Johar-backed 2012 film, headlined by Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra. Zayn Malik said it was a beautiful song, but one which perhaps he can’t do “justice to” if he had to sing.

“It is just an incredible song and I would do absolutely no justice to it trying to sing it for you, so I am not going to attempt that. But maybe at some point on my tour in future, I might attempt it there. So, there you go,” he added. In the same interview, he was asked one-line questions about his life, including if he prefers shoes inside the house or outside. “It’s like 95 percent no shoes inside the house for sure.”

Answering another question about what his typical Sunday is, he added, “If my daughter’s here it can be quite hectic but on Sundays I like to take it easy; relax, chill, collect my thoughts, get ready for the week.”

Zayn Malik has a daughter, Khai, with American model Gigi Hadid. Hadid and Malik, who became parents in 2020, ended their relationship a year later.
