Taapsee Pannu has expressed her wish to star in the sequel of superstar Salman Khan-starrer Judwaa, amid rumours that she is already part of the movie.

As per reports, Taapsee and Jacqueline Fernandez will star opposite Varun Dhawan in Judwaa 2, which will be directed by his father David Dhawan, who helmed the original. When asked about the reports, Taapsee told reporters here, “I will be happy if I do that. It’ll be something really different to do.”

The 29-year-old actress was speaking at the red carpet of n award night. When asked about the importance of awards in her life,
Taapsee said, “Awards don’t define how good an actor you are, but it’s like a declaration of people who think your good.” The year 2016 has been a game changer for Taapsee, who impressed the audience and critics with her performance in emotional thriller “Pink,” but the actress begs to differ.

“For some, ‘Pink’ might have been my third film but it was my 21st (she has worked in south). Hindi audience has started taking notice of me now. That is the only difference. In my personal life, the way I look at movies, that hasn’t changed,” she said.
