You have to ‘expect the unexpected’ with this! The official teaser of ‘Detective Byomkesh Bakshi’ starring Sushant Singh Rajput is out and is rivetting enough to hold your attention.
The teaser shows glimpses of the warring Kolkata (then: Calcutta) in the year 1943 and a young Byomkesh Bakshi taking on the the mighty people and solving the mystery.
The teaser is inundated with the awe generating sounds of the mills in the city and the army troops interspersed with the news about the bombs quashing down the city. The interesting part about the teaser is that one doesn’t get to see the actual look of Sushant in the movie. One only gets to hear his voice when he says, “Bakshi. Byomkesh Bakshi” after the words “A War….A Mystery….and A Detective” appear on screen.

We can surely say, this movie is going to be much more than just a detective flick. So, get ready for the adrenaline rush!
Directed by Dibakar Banerjee, the movie is slated to release in the first half of 2015.
