Vicky Kaushal is back with a new Punjabi dance video, watch here

The video is getting love on social media. Sharing the clip on Twitter, a fan wrote, “I have 99 problems in life and this clip can solve it ALL!! ❤️‍🔥 #VickyKaushal.” Another fan wrote, “nobody vibes like vicky kaushal man but this look is sooooo😭😭.”

But this is not the first time that Vicky has shared his love for Punjabi music. It was during the promotions of his movie Zara Hatke Zara Bachke with Sara Ali Khan in Delhi when Vicky showed off his dance moves after fans asked the actor to recreate his viral Instagram Reels from April. Videos of the actor dancing to the song ‘Obsessed’ by Riar Saab and Abhijay Sharma were widely shared online earlier this year.

In a recent chat, Vicky Kaushal shared that his wife Katrina Kaif once made the special effort to learn a Punjabi song to impress him, even though she doesn’t understand the language. Katrina thought that the song was about romance, and didn’t realise that it was actually about guns and violence. Vicky shared, “I don’t remember which song she sang but this one song she learnt, she thought it was a romantic song and wanted to sing that to me. But the actual meaning of the song was ‘mere se panga loge, toh main goli maar dunga (if you cross me, I’ll shoot you). I said, I’m finding this romantic, but please don’t sing this song in front of anyone else.”

Vicky went on to share, “Some time back she learnt a Punjabi song. With me, it comes naturally to me. I listen to a lot of Punjabi songs, I don’t understand other songs, I don’t understand English songs.”

In other news, Vicky also attended the 2023 Gulmarg Festival in Jammu & Kashmir recently. He also shook a leg at the event and praised the Indian Army.

On the work front, Vicky Kaushal was last seen in Zara Hatke Zara Bachke. He is awaiting the release of his next film The Great Indian Family, which also stars Manushi Chhillar. The film is helmed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, and is set to release on September 22.
