Twinkle Khanna is expert at insulting people, says Aamir Khan

Post the rib-tickling Q&A session, Aamir Khan was called onto the stage and was mildly roasted by Twinkle. Karan Johar kept taking subtle digs at the superstar because of his known aversion towards adult comedy. Right at the start of the session when jokes started going the adult way, Karan Johar quipped publicly that he feared Aamir would walk out any moment if things proceeded in the same fashion.

A sporting Aamir took all jokes cracked at his expense in his stride. When KJo asked Aamir if Twinkle is a talented actress, Aamir without batting an eye-lid said: “Twinkle is talented in insulting people. She has always insulted me. I didn’t know that behind this bimbette, there was this sharp and talented woman.”

Twinkle Khanna, who has worked with Aamir Khan in Mela, too revealed a behind the scenes embarrassing moment of the actor from their past professional association. “Aamir once went behind a rock to cry because his director didn’t listen to what he was saying,” Twinkle said.

Aamir Khan, 49, also mentioned that he has read some of her articles and appreciated her writing style.
