Tubelight: Chinese star Zhu Zhu wraps up shoot with Salman Khan, see pic

Kabir has been sharing stills from the set, which has shot up the fans’ excitement quite high.

The last leg of the shoot in Mumbai will soon be over and the movie will hit the theatres Eid next year. The other two legs of shoot of the war-drama took place in Ladakh and Manali.

Tubelight is reportedly based on the 1962 Indo-China war, and has Salman Khan playing the character of an army man. Director Kabir Khan had recently shared some stills of a song sequence from the movie. In the picture, Salman is seen in a celebratory mode as he dances among a group of children whose eyes are gleaming like a ‘tubelight’ with happiness.

Tubelight marks the third collaboration of the actor-director duo, who have previously worked on blockbuster Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Ek Tha Tiger. Earlier it was reported that Shah Rukh Khan will be playing a cameo in the film but the director rubbished the rumour saying that if that will happen, he would be the first one to announce the news.
