Tu Yaa Main teaser: Shanaya Kapoor and Adarsh Gourav’s wild adventure turns deadly in this survival thriller

After Ibrahim Ali Khan in Nadaaniyan, another star kid is set to make their debut—Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor’s daughter, Shanaya Kapoor. Shanaya will be seen opposite Adarsh Gourav in the film Tu Yaa Main. The film is directed by Bejoy Nambiar, known for helming projects like Shaitan, Wazir, Taish, and others. The makers unveiled the movie’s announcement video on Tuesday.

As per the teaser, Tu Yaa Main is going to be a survival thriller. The clip opens with Adarsh’s character, a YouTuber who sets out on an adventure outside Mumbai. He takes a dip in a lake and is seen making a video for his YouTube channel. However, he soon encounters a stunning Shanaya Kapoor, who is “more famous than him.” He asks her for a collaboration video and even flirts with her as they enjoy the cold water. However, things take a deadly turn when a crocodile is shown entering the lake, dragging Adarsh with it, leaving Shanaya in horror as she screams.

Shanaya shared the teaser and wrote, “Love. Terror. And a collab gone very, very wrong. Who’s more excited for this one #TuYaaMain ? #LikeShareSurvive #Valentines2026.”

The film is produced by Aanand L. Rai and Himanshu Sharma. Rai is known for backing films like Tumbbad, Mukkabaaz, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, and others. He last directed and produced Akshay Kumar’s Raksha Bandhan, which was a major box office disappointment.

Speaking about the film, Bejoy Nambiar said, “With Tu Yaa Main, we’re pushing the boundaries of romance and survival in a way that’s both emotionally charged and intensely terrifying. Adarsh and Shanaya’s chemistry and their contrasting energies are what will make Tu Yaa Main a wild ride. It’s a unique canvas that allows us to explore complex characters against the backdrop of an unforgiving wilderness.”

Apart from Tu Yaa Main, Shanaya Kapoor will also be seen in Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan alongside Vikrant Massey. She recently wrapped up the film’s shooting in Baku, Azerbaijan.
