Sushmita Sen’s ex Rohman Shawl reacts to actress’ remark about being single: ‘We are together for 6 years…’

After Sushmita Sen opened up about her life and declared being single for the last three years, her ex-boyfriend and now good friend Rohman Shawl opened up about their relationship.

Actress and former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen appeared on Rhea Chakraborty’s podcast Chapter 2, a few days back. During the conversation, both the actresses were seen having a heart-to-heart discussion over several aspects of their journey. Both Rhea and Sushmita also opened up about their respective love lives.

During the podcast, Sushmita Sen revealed that she has been single since 3 years and has been enjoying the break. But this left many wondering about her equation with Rohman Shawl who was recently spotted accompanying her at an award show. Now, Rohman has spoken about the bond he shares with Sushmita. The model-turned-actor commented on their recent appearance and said, “Voh toh 6 saal se saath mein hai. Isme naya kya hai? (We are together for six years. What’s new to this?) We have always been friends and that will always continue. We share something special and that is visible also.”

When Sushmita appeared on Rhea’s podcast she had said, “As we sit here today, I have no man in my life. I have been single for a while now. Three years, to be precise. I am not even interested in anyone at the moment. It’s lovely to take a break because I was in a relationship prior to that for almost five years and that was a long, long time.”

She had also added, “I have some incredibly wonderful people in my life who are my friends and they are all just waiting for a moment for me to call them and say, ‘Look, I’m pulling the car out, get in the backseat. We’re driving to Goa.'”

She had also revealed how she believes in being completely invested in a relationship. Sushmita and Rohman were in a relationship before calling it quits in December 2021. The two had met on social media.
